The Weekly Workout Planner is a 52-week workout "day timer" that helps you chart and create your workouts and workout schedule. This "first of its kind" planner, helps you schedule your workouts for the week ahead, with a detailed outline and chart, to help guide you in listing the goals to be accomplished for that week. A monthly planning and overview section lets you look ahead weeks in advance, as well as providing a detailed section to assist your goal setting for the month ahead. Sections in the front of the planner, as well as every 3 months, are set-up to record your personal stats, such as body fat %, body measurements and future fitness goals. There is even a section at the end, that helps you record your personal settings on weight machines and cardio equipment, to help you remember how to set up the equipment for consistency in usage.
